About
About my work
As an artist, my work is inspired by the fast-paced, information highway-like scenes of today's digital age. I use abstract visual language to reflect the rapid development of information technology. Drawing from the high saturation and bright colors of digital comics and screens, I create vibrant and complex pieces that capture the feeling of young people like me drifting and struggling to find their footing in a world overflowing with material wealth.
On my canvases, I use bold, contrasting colors to create a neon-like effect. Varied line depths and thicknesses symbolize the rhythm of city life. This visual language is my way of expressing my observations and thoughts on the urban landscapes of cities like London, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. Through these works, I explore the individuality, richness of spirit, and the quest for personal beliefs within the fast-paced urban life, aiming to resonate with the viewer.
My art delves into the challenge of portraying "three-dimensional" experiences on a "two-dimensional" canvas, playing with the relationship between the two to create a playful, whimsical atmosphere.
